La Botte is a mushroom farm located in Quebec highlighting mycelium and the cultivation of native mushrooms growing in our forests. Committed to its community, the company promotes learning about mycology through various educational workshops offered for both young and old, indigenous growing kits for growing at home, on the balcony or in the garden. and fresh mushrooms all year round. In addition, it collaborates with several urban or peri-urban farms to plant mushrooms on their land. There is even an educational greenhouse located at the Grand Marché de Québec in collaboration with the Urbainculteurs (CEAU) which offers everyone the opportunity to see the mushrooms growing visibly!
