Céline Bouchard - Vitaforêt workshopsDuring her thirty-year career in urban planning, your trainer Céline Bouchard was particularly interested in the protection and development of natural environments in Montreal. Greatly passionate about mushrooms and wild plants for healing and nourishment, she followed training in the identification and collection of non-timber forest products (NTFP). In 2016, she created her company, the Vitaforêt workshop, whose mission is to raise awareness of NTFPs through training and harvesting activities in respect of the natural environment.
