“Weeds” are good for eating and healing

Be curious and let yourself be surprised by the discovery of good “weeds” for Gardens de the ecoumene.

Wild plants grow spontaneously at a time and in an environment that is favorable to them. Whether they grow in fields or in the garden, they are sometimes invasive and considered weeds. However, several of them can be very good on our plate, rich in nutrients and economical.

At the end of this workshop, you will know how to recognize good herbs and you will be able, just like our ancestors did, to add them to your table as an accompaniment, as a herbal tea or to use them for therapeutic purposes with different recipe ideas that will be presented to you. .
