François Gallouin is a professor at the National Agronomic Institute Paris-Grignon. He is a Veterinary Doctor, Doctor in Human Biology, Doctor of Sciences, Doctor in History and Philosophy of Science and has a CAP in cooking. He also teaches at the Faculty of Sciences of Tours.
