- The 8,5 cm blade in modified 12C27 stainless steel from Sandvik for Opinel has a remarkable sharpness and is easy to maintain.
- The toothed back of the blade allows you to scrape and clean mushrooms.
- The hard oak handle has a high tannin content for superior resistance to insects and fungi.
- The handle is varnished to better protect it from humidity and dirt.
- The end of the handle has a natural bristle brush which is perfect for dusting the crop.
