This annual plant grows up to 100 cm in height and is very useful in gardens for pollination. The light green foliage is finely cut and has the light appearance of lace. Easy to produce from seed and just as easy to grow in the garden, cosmos resists summer drought. Its flowering lasts from June until frost and attracts many butterflies and pollinating insects. To please the birds in winter, let the last flowers produce seeds which they will enjoy.
