National Pickling Pickling Cucumber – Organic

Cucumis sativus

4.49$

The virtues of this heritage variety are considerable: a very high yield of excellent quality cucumbers and an equally good tolerance to downy mildew and cucumber mosaic virus.

A dark green skin dotted with black thorns covers fruits 15 cm long when ripe. The firm, crunchy flesh impresses with its flavor, both in small fruits and in mature fruits. This variety, very popular for processing into pickles, does not leave its place in slices in raw vegetable platters and salads.

Plants with a climbing habit grown on trellises grow to 1,2 m in height.

Number of days for harvest: 55

Available at the ecoumene only
