Pablo lettuce is a remarkable variety, both for its beauty and its exceptional flavor. Displaying a purple and curly shine, it is distinguished by its highly ornamental character. Its slow growth and exceptional resistance to heat make it one of the last to go to seed, so much so that at the ecoumene, we were afraid of not having any seeds to harvest!
It forms a loose head, made up of vertical rosettes surrounded by flat leaves with wavy edges. But beyond its attractive aesthetic, it also stands out for its sweet and delicious taste, with a slight bitterness.
Number of days for harvest: 70 days
