Redventure Celery – Organic

Apium graveolens var. dulce

4.49$

This celery has the best of its two parents, the beautiful red stems of 'Giant Red' as well as the adaptability and resistance of the green 'Ventura' celery. It is grown in very fertile soil with plenty of water so it produces delicious dark glossy red stems that contrast nicely with the emerald green foliage. The blanched stalks can be harvested one by one for uninterrupted production of celery for salad. You can also wait until the plants are mature to obtain partially bleached stems with a golden pink center.
