Solanaceae Capsicum annuum Annuelle
4.49$
This small round pepper is an advantageous replacement for the hybrid Cherry Bomb variety. It was selected in 2008 by a Hungarian seed company as part of The Seed Ambassadors project.
Each plant produces around thirty fruits, 2,5 cm in diameter, of a beautiful dark red color when ripe. Their strong flavor, without being extreme, is comparable to that of a cayenne pepper.
Because its walls are relatively thick for a hot pepper, it is used to prepare hot sauce, salsas or small stuffed peppers. It can also be dried and transformed into strong paprika. Whole fruits can also be prepared in spicy marinades.
Number of days for harvest: 75
