Selected in the province of Sichuan in China, this ancient variety produces very juicy steak-type fruits which have the particularity of being a very pale yellow, like moonlight! Fully ripe, they have a pinkish tint at the tip and their ivory flesh also has pink marbling. These excellent-flavored tomatoes weigh between 200 and 300 g each and have flattened ends and slightly ribbed, plump shoulders.
Provide good space for these vigorous plants with indeterminate growth. Fruit production is generous, but irregular and comes in waves until frost.
Number of days for harvest: 80
