Description

Also called “good-smelling wood”, it is a plant with a resinous taste reminiscent of bay leaf.

Prep time :

In infusion: Infuse 15 ml (1 tbsp) of dried plants, lightly shredded, in 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Cover to preserve essential oils. Infuse for 10 minutes, filter and enjoy.

In the kitchen: use as a condiment, replacing bay leaf, in stews, sauces, soups, terrines, meat, game and fish marinades.
