In terms of cultivation, Sugar Snap peas can be sown early in spring since its seeds germinate in cold, wet soils. Shortly after sowing, the stems emerge from the ground and attack the trellises and nets, which they quickly cover. Fruit production starts quickly and continues over a long period through the summer heat.
