Doe Hill Pepper – Organic
Solanaceae Capsicum annuum annually
4.19$
This rare heirloom variety is native to the Doe Hill region of Virginia. It is undoubtedly the best variety for regions with short summers. It produces small sweet, lobed peppers with a rounded shape, golden yellow, with the good sweet taste typical of golden peppers. However, unlike most varieties, it produces quickly and is very easy to grow. Despite their rather compact habit (90 cm in height), each plant gives an enormous yield of delicious fruits which are served in pieces in salads, stuffed, in dips or sautéed in olive oil as an accompaniment for pasta.
Number of days for harvest: 60 to 65
