Listen to your tomatoes

Your tomato plants are lush and several clusters, still green, will ripen slowly in the coming weeks. To guarantee quality fruit production, it is important to remain attentive to the signals sent by your exhausted plants.

Belle Linda beef heart tomato – Organic

4.19$

An extremely rare variety, we were lucky enough to have seeds from Michel Verdon, “The Tomatologist”, who created and took care of this variety for years.

The “Belle Linda” Tomato is a true tribute to love and passion. Named in honor of Michel Verdon's love of life, this unique variety is the happy result of an accidental growth that appeared in 2011 in his gardens and then stabilized with patience and meticulousness. La Belle Linda stands out with its attractive, slightly ribbed heart shape.

What makes Belle Linda particularly special is its low seed content, leaving room for exquisite, juicy flesh. It has regular but light foliage, and develops into an indeterminate plant, which can reach up to 2 meters in height. In terms of productivity, it is generous, with mid-season maturity after around 75 days.

The taste of Belle Linda is remarkable, reminiscent of the flavors of heirloom tomatoes. Its rich taste makes it ideal for a multitude of culinary uses, from stuffing to the preparation of delicious sauces and tasty bruschettas.
