Description
- The 8,5 cm blade in modified 12C27 stainless steel from Sandvik for Opinel has a remarkable sharpness and is easy to maintain.
- The hard and resistant beech handle is varnished to better protect it from humidity and dirt.
- Equipped with a Virobloc safety ferrule invented in 1955 by Opinel. Made of stainless steel, it allows you to lock the blade in the open (during use) or closed (during transport) position.
- Le Savoyard blow consists of hitting the underside of the handle at its end on a hard surface to release the blade and unfold it easily.
