Description

On contact with water, the seeds of basil, arugula, watercress, flax, yellow mustard and white mustard, chia, perilla, purslane and even camelina develop a gelatinous substance: mucilage. This mucilage makes them incompatible with germination in a conventional sprouter, and requires the use of a germination dish. We obtain beautiful vertical shoots, very green and very crunchy.
