    Fermentation revolution

Created in 2018, Révolution Fermentation aims to popularize home fermentations thanks to quality products and advice provided by enthusiasts. Their ambition is to make cooking effervescent and full of vitality, by giving power back to nature to reveal the full potential of food, as if by magic, and nourish the imagination.

The workshop is led by Jean-Luc Henry, co-founder and general director of Révolution Fermentation. Educator and entrepreneur specializing in ecological solutions and sustainable food, Jean-Luc is a fervent fan of fermentations. For years, he has dedicated himself to experimenting, savoring, documenting and teaching about all facets of home fermentations.
