Description

Leaf and flower with a sweet and light taste of mint and conifer.

Prep time :

In infusion: Infuse 2 to 3 crumpled leaves 15 ml (1 tbsp) of dried plants, lightly shredded, in 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Cover to preserve the essential oils. Infuse for 5-6 minutes, strain and enjoy 1-2 cups per day.

In the kitchen: Use as a condiment in poultry and meat dishes, sauces, desserts, etc.
